3. Brier introduction:
3.1 Payoff stand:

3.2 Main drawing machine:
Type: slip type, 4 wires 21-die copper wire drawing machine
The machine consists of trough for cooling and circulation of
drawing emulsion, capstan, and main motor.
Working surface of Wire drawing rings and capstan rings is ceramic
coated.
Two clip-and-run switches for die stringing by clip-and-run
operation.
The drawing emulsion trough is provided with doors made of
stainless steel, which prevent lubricant from overflowing. The
machine drives transmission by flat belts.
The drawing blocks and drawing dies are lubricated and cooled by
spraying.
3.3 Annealing device
