Zinc coating:7g - 15g/sq.m

T.S: 300-550Mpa

Packing: 0.5KG - 100KGS per COIL, inner plastic, outside gunny or weaving bag.

Application: Low carbon wire  used in weaving wire mesh, binding, construction building

Electric galvanized wire production line procedure:

Pay-off --> Alkali washing(Degreasing) --> Washing --> Annealing --> Pickling

-->Hot water cleaning --> Electro-galvanizing -->Washing -->Drying -->Take-up

For the annealing furnace, you can choose fire directly fired annealing furnace;

Or non-oxidation annealing furnace, for this type there is not necessary for pickling,

reduce the wire oxidation wastage and acid consumption, incrase the woking invironment.

For the pickling bath,you can choose fumeless picking bath.

Electric galvanized wire production line usage

Its mainly for galvanizing small wire diameter such as 0.6-1.2mm which is used for construction binding wire.

Also can be used for making welded wire mesh and chicken mesh. This line total length need 50meter.
