Wind speed and direction at the height of 12 floors Lidar System
2.1 Floating lidar wind measuring device Both floating platform and
lidar should be localized, and the technical equipment will not be
affected by foreign countries.
2.2 The floating platform should be easy to move and relocate. If
necessary, Party B needs to cooperate with Party A to drag the
floating lidar wind measurement device to the rewind measurement
location designated by Party A for wind measurement. The cost
involved is negotiated by both parties according to the distance.
