1,Product introduction

 

Theoretical measuring point position: find the nameplate of the zero scale line on the end face of the pitch bearing or the connection between the blade and the bearing, and draw an extension line perpendicular to the zero scale line on the end face of the bearing with a box ruler and a marker, and extend through the baffle at the root of the blade to the distance from the bearing. The end face baffle is about 1% to 3% of the blade length, and must be installed on the cylindrical section of the blade, and pay attention to avoid end face bolts, mold joints and reinforcement surfaces (Note: In this example, 1.5m is taken. Counting from the board, it is generally about 0.7m, subject to the actual measurement), make a mark, and draw a "cross" line at the measuring point (sensor installation location) (as large as possible to avoid grinding off), and the measuring point is The datum divides the circle on the circumference 1.5m away from the bearing end face into three equal parts, and marks them respectively.
