PLC programmable controller controls the whole process operation, with automatic and manual operation mode, man-machine interface operation, cleaning rhythm, temperature setting and other key parameters can be set and adjusted on the human machine.
The cleaning machine is equipped with circulating filtration and vacuum distillation recovery system, which ensures the purity of hydrocarbon (HC) cleaning agent and ensures the cleaning quality of parts; The vacuum distillation recovery system also enables the recycling of hydrocarbon (HC) cleaners.
Servo motor positioning control is adopted for walking around and up and down. The location must be accurate.
Temperature and liquid level are automatically sensed and connected with audible and visual alarm.
When ultrasonic automatic connection, there is a basket start, no basket stop, reduce consumption and reduce dryness; The whole machine is provided with a tray and a liquid tray to prevent the liquid from dripping on the ground.
