Product selection

Pipeline selection
The particles conveyed by the powder feeding pipeline of the power plant have relatively high hardness, a certain pressure, flow rate, and temperature (the temperature is generally around 150 degrees). Under this operating condition, the equipment wears very seriously. Compared with straight pipes, the wear of elbows is more severe. Seriously, ordinary pipes can be worn within one year, and ceramic pipes in power plants can increase their service life by 8-10 times.
We recommend using direct adhesive patch ceramics. The pipeline is lined with alumina ceramics with a thickness of 5mm. The inorganic adhesive is used for staggered paste inside the pipeline to form a mechanical self-locking force to ensure the ceramic does not fall off.
