GY 200 Engineering Product Features:
1. Diesel engine and electric motor as power.(convenient for places
of insufficient of electricity)
2. Integrative Drilling Tower:
Tower is supported by two high strength oil cylinder, hydraulic
controlling the rise and fall of the tower. The operation is
extremely convenient, saving time and labor effort,creating maximum
benefit for the user.
3. Crawler mobile base :
The chassis used crawler type achieve rapid turnarounds, very
convenient for movement.
4. Long stroke hydraulic supporting leg can be used for
transportation, loading and unloading of the drill automatically
without the help of the lifting equipment. The hydraulic leg can
rapidly make the drill level in the coordination with the universal
level instrument.
5. electric-start diesel engine:
It greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators, especially
more efficient in the cold season when the diesel engine start is
difficult, showing its great advantage.
6. The machine is equipped with a complete set of independent BW -
160 mud pump, with high pump flow rate and pressure, convenient
maintenance, convenient to buy spare and accessory parts all
around.
How to Start drilling:
Push on the clutch handle and reducer handle, the mud pump starts to supply water, press the hydraulic right handle and rotate the left handle pressure regulating valve to start drilling. When the vertical shaft of the rotator falls to the bottom, pull down the clutch handle to cut off the power. Lift the support ring, lift the right hydraulic handle up to the up position, press the left hydraulic handle, lift the vertical shaft to the highest position, press the support ring, push up the clutch handle, press the right hydraulic handle down to the down position, start drilling again, operate repeatedly according to the above operation mode until the maximum drilling depth of the active drill pipe is reached, and then replace and install the drill pipe.
