400l/m2·h Super-large Flux Tube Membrane Is Used For Beverage Concentration And Water Purification

 

Working Principle

 

Tubular ultrafiltration membrane is the pressure under the action of a physical separation process, will concentrate on the membrane of the closed or lateral flow, such small molecules can penetrate membranes, from one side to another side, and macromolecular material would be trapped on the other side, so that it can remove the impurities in the water, to water purification purposes.

 

Ultrafiltration Process Parameters

 

The main parameters are membrane flux, membrane cleaning and membrane life. When the operating pressure is 0.11 ~ 0.6Mpa and the temperature is less than 60℃, the membrane flux of ultrafiltration membrane is 1-500L /m2h. The factors affecting membrane flux include: inlet flow rate, operating pressure, temperature, inlet concentration and raw water pretreatment.

 

The membrane must be cleaned regularly to prolong the life of the membrane. The life of the membrane in normal use is 12 ~ 18 months.

 

Compared with traditional separation methods, ultrafiltration technology has the following characteristics:

 

1. The filtration process is carried out at room temperature with mild conditions and no component destruction, so it is particularly suitable for the separation, classification, concentration and enrichment of heat-sensitive substances, such as drugs, enzymes and fruit juices.

 

2. The filtration process does not change phase, no heating, low energy consumption, no need to add chemical reagents, no pollution, is an energy saving and environmental protection separation technology.

 

3. Ultrafiltration technology has high separation efficiency, which is very effective for the recovery of trace components in dilute solution and the concentration of low concentration solution.

 

4. The ultrafiltration process only uses pressure as the power of membrane separation, so the separation device is simple, the process is short, the operation is simple, and it is easy to control and maintain.

 

5. Ultrafiltration method also has certain limitations, it can not directly get dry powder preparation. For protein solutions, generally only 10 to 50% concentration can be obtained.
