Work Principle:

 

Fine bubble diffusers are a pollution control technology used to aerate wastewater for sewage treatment.Air disc fine bubble diffuser, which is used to transfer air and with that oxygen into sewage or industrial wastewater.

Product Introduction

 

Disc microporous aerators are used to increase oxygen content in wastewater treatment. As the air passes through the device, it is divided into countless small bubbles.

 

Product Advantages

 

(1) Rubber diaphragm: selection of imported high-quality rubber raw materials, according to the needs of aeration conditions tailored material composition and ratio, physical and chemical properties, effectively prevent diaphragm shrinkage, hardening and aging, prolong product life.

 

(2) Plastic support plate: choose polypropylene + glass fiber, and equipped with anti-aging additives. Make the product under the premise of retaining enough strength, at the same time with toughness. The product is anti-oxidation, anti-ultraviolet, anti-impact, anti-creep, anti-corrosion, balanced and stable performance, strong and durable.

 

(3)The aeration disc gland is designed with a projection down the end and several rods in the lower side of the projection and the groove supporting the coil. Diaphragm wire diameter thickened to 10mm. After product assembly, lift the gland, firmly fix the diaphragm in the groove of the support plate, and clamp the rib in the internal rubber diaphragm to firmly seal and grasp the diaphragm, prevent the diaphragm from falling off.

 

(4)The disc aerator thread root is strengthened to prevent thread breakage. The optimized design of air duct structure and the expansion of pore area, as well as the corner chamfer design, reduce the resistance loss of the product in the working state.

 

(5)There are 6 "L" shaped grip bars around the outer cover of the aerator gland. Under the aerator working condition, it can prevent the plastic gland creep caused by the expansion pressure of the membrane for a long time and lead to the fall off of the diaphragm.

 

(6)The optimized design of air duct structure and the expansion of air hole area, as well as the corner chamfer design, reduce the resistance loss of the product in the working state.
