How reverse osmosis works
1. the original water tank: used to precipitate the large sediment particles in the water and other precipitable substances.At the same time, it buffers the impact caused by unstable water pressure in the original water pipe on the water treatment system.(e.g. pressure sensing reactions caused by water pressure that is too low or too high).
2. booster pump: constant system water supply pressure,
stable water supply.
3. multi-medium filter: the filter of multiple
filtration layer, the main purpose is to remove the sediment, rust,
colloidal material, suspended matter and other particles in the raw
water containing more than 20um material, manual valve control or
automatic controller can be used for
backwashing, flushing and a series of operations.Ensure the water quality of the equipment and extend the service life of the equipment.
4. precision filter: the use of precision filter in the
water residual suspended matter, non-curved particles and colloid
and other substances removal, so that RO system and other
subsequent equipment operation is safer and more reliable.The
filter element is 5um melt-blown filter element, the purpose is to
remove the impurities greater than 5um missed by the upper filter
unit.To prevent it from entering the reverse osmosis device and
damaging the surface of the membrane, thus damaging the
desalination performance of the membrane.
5. reverse osmosis system: reverse osmosis device is to
use enough pressure to make the solvent in the solution (usually
water) through the reverse osmosis membrane (or semi-permeable
membrane) and separated, because this process and natural osmosis
