                         Product Description                              

 

Microporous Crown type aerator and support tray have unique spherical cap structure. Structure and working principle: the spherical crown microporous aerator is mainly composed of aeration diaphragm, support tray, screw gland, threaded nozzle and other components. As long as the rubber diaphragm is sheathed on the support tray, screw gland can be used for tightening.

 

EPDM membrane is suitable for biological wastewater treatment and conventional industrial wastewater treatment, and the service temperature is 176 ℃.

 

The temperature of silicone menbrane is - 65 ℃ - 232 ℃, which is suitable for wastewater treatment in pulp and paper industry, petrochemical industry and oil refining process.

 

                                 Installation                                       

 

During installation, the support tray (with G3 / 4 "internal thread airway in the center) shall be installed on the threaded joint at the top of the air distribution pipe. When the spherical crown microporous aerator works, the upper air distribution pipe enters the aeration diaphragm room through the supporting bracket airway.

Under the action of air pressure, the diaphragm is slightly bulged and the eyelet is opened, and micro bubbles with diameter less than 3mm can be produced in water. Stop the air supply, as the pressure between the diaphragm and the tray decreases gradually, as well as the resilience of the water pressure and the diaphragm itself, make the hole gradually closed, and compact the diaphragm on the support tray. The vertical layout dimension of the aerator is about 230mm from the surface to the bottom of the tank and 110mm from the air distribution center to the bottom of the tank. It can also be scheduled according to the user's requirements. The air distribution pipe should be connected into a ring network to ensure the uniformity of air distribution in the system. Each group shall be equipped with valves to facilitate the adjustment of air volume. The velocity of air duct is generally 10-15m / s for main pipe and 4-5m / s for branch pipe.

When installing the aeration pipe, first fix the regulator at the bottom of the tank with expansion bolts according to the required design size, then fix the air distribution pipe on the regulator with pipe hoop, and then install the aerator after blowing the air pipe.

Commissioning inspection method after the installation of aerator, put clear water into the tank, and the water surface to the surface of aerator is about 100-200mm. Then carry out the following three checks. In the process of water drainage and observation, observe whether the elevation of the aerator is on a horizontal plane, and adjust it (the bottom surface of the pool shall be level during the civil work, and the discharge outlet shall be reserved). Check whether there is air leakage in sealing treatment of all pipeline interfaces. Under the condition of standard ventilation capacity of 2m3 / h, check whether the air distribution of the aerator is uniform, and the ventilation area of each aerator shall be greater than 80%.

4. The spherical cap aeration diaphragm is made of high-quality rubber, and the supporting tray and threaded nozzle are all engineering plastics. These materials have excellent physical and mechanical properties. It has excellent aging resistance, acid, alkali and chemical corrosion resistance. The resistance loss is small.
