Product Description           

 

MBBR is a new type of biofilm reactor, which is developed on the basis of fixed bed reactor, fluidized bed reactor and biofilter. It overcomes the shortcomings of the complex operation of the fixed bed reactor which needs regular backwashing, the fluidized bed reactor which needs to fluidize the carrier, the submerged biofilter which needs to clean the filter material and replace the aerator. It also retains the characteristics of the traditional biofilm method, such as anti impact load, less sludge output and long sludge age. Compared with the activated sludge process, it can keep more nitrifying bacteria and has better denitrification effect because of the long sludge age. Its main principle is to use the sewage to flow through the reactor packing carrier continuously, and then form the biofilm on the carrier. When the microorganism propagates and grows on the biofilm, it can degrade the organic pollutants in the sewage, so as to purify the sewage

(1) Surface properties of fillers

2. Shape and size: affect the flow pattern of water and air flow.

 Application                         

 

1. The fluidized bed biofilm reactor can be used to remove organic matters and nitrogen. The flow bed biofilm reactor process can be used to remove conventional pollutants, even nitrogen and other nutrients in wastewater. The process has the advantages of simple equipment, flexible operation, saving land occupation, convenient operation, and can be used independently, in series or in parallel.
