There are many combinations available for wedge wire / trapezoidal wire and internal profile support rods. We can offer the best possible combinations to achieve higher open area and higher life simultaneously.
We can produce Wedge Wire Panels in widths up to 3000 mm and lengths up to 6000 mm in single piece construction. The slots can be offered right from 50 microns rating to 750 microns & above.
Specification:
1.Material: stainless steel(304, 304L, 316, 316L etc.)
low carbon, low carbon galvanized steel(LCG),
2.Diameter: Normal size is 89mm 114mm, 168mm 219mm 245mm 273mm
325mm 406mm 426mm and etc.
More size can be made according to customer's requirment
3.Slot: 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1mm, 1.5mm and etc.
Also can be made as customer's requirement.
4. Length: 1-6m (2.9 or 5.8m is suitable for container loading)
