75x75mm Vinyl Coated Metal Chain Link Fence / Chain Link Fence
Construction
Description:
Chain Link Fencing, also known as cyclone fencing, is one of the most popular fencing options and is available in
high tensile strength mild steel wire produced by weaving machines
for both light residential and heavy commercial fencing, as well as
a variety of applications. Chain link fencing is one of the most
practical styles of fencing, with a galvanised or plastic coated
anti-corrosion treatment that is resistant to natural corrosion,
and is relatively easy and very cost effective to install. Chain
link fencing is also popular precisely because it is relatively
inexpensive and the open weave does not block out the sunlight from
the sides of the fence. One can make a chain link fence translucent
by inserting slats into the net. It is also popular for growing and
interweaving with ivy.

Surface treatment:
1. Hot-dip galvanising
Hot dip galvanising is the process of dipping manufactured steel
into a molten zinc solution to form a tightly bound alloy coating
that provides superior corrosion protection for the steel.
Advantages :
More cost effective in the long term
Longer service life
Low maintenance costs
Corrosion resistance - a protective layer of armour
Less inspection required at the work site
High self-healing capacity (scratches and cuts in the coating)
2. Electroplated zinc and powder coating
Electroplating is carried out prior to the manufacture of the
product. This usually results in a better appearance.
Powder coating is a dry finishing method in which charged pigment
resin particles are sprayed onto the product to give it a colourful
finish. We can powder coat according to the RAL colour card.
