Inspection Principle
In the era of industry 4.0, the production of parts for the market tends to be more and more precise, while the cost of labor is increasing, the labor efficiency and stability are not high, and the ratio of mis-detection and missed detection is high. In the current market, the detection method based on machine vision is introduced. The detection principle is to take photos by CCD camera and analyze images by software. This method is efficient, high-speed and non-contact detection. For example, screws and nuts are very strict for quality requirements, and the use of screws and nuts is generally very large, generally is mass production, then the appearance of the inspection rely on manual is completely unable to cope with, so can only use optical image detection equipment for quality detection.
Based on the above situation, Keye Technology has developed an online visual detection system for screws. This breaks through the problem that cannot be solved by multi-channel manual detection, and prevents the subjective problem of manual detection of screws, and achieves fully automated online detection, removal, classification, counting, and packaging of screws.Our company adopts advanced image visual detection technology to achieve all-round detection of screws in the moving state, identify defective products and achieve automatic rejection.

Our system uses 4 high-definition industrial cameras to sort out the screws on the production line and send them to the detection line accurately. The system uses deep learning AI technology to automatically learn the characteristics of screw surface defects, so as to realize fast judgment, real-time detection, real-time elimination and other functions by take pictures and display them in real time. The system has the characteristics of high detection accuracy, low missed detection and false detection rate. The software comes with statistics and defect image storage functions, real-time monitoring the operation of the production line, and timely detection the production line problems.
