Inspection Principle

Inspection details

The testing equipment scheme uses 7 sets of high-resolution industrial cameras and high-performance strobe light sources, which are divided into 2 stations, and the first station has 2 high-resolution industrial cameras to conduct comprehensive inspections on the appearance defects of the bottom and top of the wine box. For visual inspection, the second station uses 5 high-resolution industrial cameras to detect the appearance defects on the top and side of the wine box, and the speed is about 5 pieces per minute.

Wine box and wine box standard sample check, mainly to detect whether there are errors in text, pattern, trademark, bar code, two-dimensional code, number, punctuation mark, storage and transportation mark.The whole set of testing equipment includes mechanical parts, visual electronic hardware and testing system software, which can be deployed independently at the customer's site for use, and can be connected to the production equipment of the upper and lower processes according to the specific production needs of the customer.
