Inspection principle

Detection of the outer bottom area of the bottle: The bottle body is suspended in the air by the clamping mechanism, and a set of industrial cameras is installed directly below, and with the use of visual light source, the image of the outer bottom area of the bottle is collected for analysis and processing. Bottle mouth area detection: install a set of industrial cameras directly above the bottle mouth, cooperate with the use of visual light source, collect the plane image of the bottle mouth for analysis and processing.

Bottle body area detection: Considering the special structure of the bottle body and the height of the bottle body exceeds the range of the viewing angle of a single camera, the scheme is designed to add cameras to the upper and lower parts, and each part uses 4 sets of industrial cameras to form a ring surface detection , a total of 8 sets of industrial cameras, with the use of visual light sources, the imaging does not interfere with each other, and the system analyzes and processes the images after collection
