Overview:

The overall equipment integrates mechanical mechanism, visual optical hardware and detection system software, rejecting and counting devices for defective products. The visual inspection machine is connected with the conveying line at the exit of the printing machine. After the printing is completed, it is sent to the inspection station sequentially by the conveyor belt, and the camera collects and inspects it. After comparing and analyzing the collected image processing software with the standardized sample, it determines whether the good product or the defective product is inspected. Defective products are automatically eliminated online, and the counting function can be realized after finished product inspection.

After the product inspection, it is transported by the export conveyor line to the back-end for the next packaging process. Our company's design scheme uses 4 sets of high-resolution industrial cameras and high-performance strobe light sources to conduct all-round visual inspections for product appearance defects. The inspection speed is 400 pieces/minute, and the equipment can operate 7*24 hours a day. Unqualified products can be automatically removed online.

 

Mechanical part

The software is the general control platform of the equipment, and its specific functions are as follows:

  • Enable and disable the system detection function.
  • Adjustment of detection index parameters and accuracy.
  • Template sampling and storage, sample detection information storage and recall.
  • Camera screen calibration function.
  • Real-time production information (pass rate, total output, speed, etc.) display of the system, historical production information browsing
  • Browse, export and save functions.
  • Permission management according to the login account (for example, general operation users disable parameter adjustment permissions).
  • The operation and adjustment of the mechanical parts of the system (such as: opening of the transmission device, adjustment of the air injection time of the air valve,
  • alarm signal adjustment).

After-sale service

After the equipment arrives at the customer site, the after-sales engineer arrives in time to carry out equipment installation, commissioning, and operation training. The product quality of the whole machine is traceable, and the quality warranty period is 1 year from the date of acceptance. In the event of non-human faults during the warranty period, after-sales engineers will quickly arrive at the site or provide remote guidance for free maintenance.
