Cr30Ni70 heating wire is a common nickel-chromium alloy with excellent heating performance and high temperature stability. It is composed of 30% chromium and 70% nickel, making it an ideal heating element.

Cr30Ni70 heating wire is highly regarded for its efficient heating capabilities. It can reach high temperatures quickly, and the maximum operating temperature can reach 1100-1200 degrees Celsius.   Maximum Operating Temperature: usually reaches about 1100-1200 degrees Celsius.
  Density: approximately 8.2 g/cm³.
  Coefficient of Linear Expansion: approximately 13-15×10^-6/degrees Celsius.
  Tensile Strength: Usually about 600-800 MPa.
  Yield Strength: Usually about 300-500 MPa.
  Elongation: usually about 20-30%.
