Product description
K-type feeder is composed of the rack, floor (to the trough),
transmission platform, the number one drain, gate and roller. When
the motor is activated by the flexible coupling, reducer and Crank,
which will drag bottom floor tilted 5 degrees doing linear
reciprocating motion and make materials unload other devices
evently.The machine can be equipped with a funnel or without funnel
forms according to the customer’s requirement .
working principle
K type coal feeder contain frame, floor (for coal chute),
transmission platform, number one, the gate leakage, roller, when
the motor start, through the elastic coupling, speed reducer,
connecting rod drag 5 degrees tilt plate as a straight line
reciprocating movement on the roll, coal evenly discharged to other
devices.
There are two forms with funnel and without funnel of this machine.
Coal feeder is equipped with two kinds of structure forms:
1, with regulating gate
2, without regulating gate
The feeding capacity is adjusted by the regulating gate.
