Working Principle of Vibrating Sieve
Vibrating sieve machine as a piece of powdery material screening
equipment, uses horizontal vibration motor or special vibration
exciter as its vibration source. The horizontal vibration motor and
vibration exciter have a eccentric block at the both at their upper
and lower sides. The eccentric blocks can generate a
three-dimensional movement in horizontal, vertical and inclined
directions. By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower
eccentric blocks, the material on the screen can change the
movement locus, achieving suitable screening performance.

1. High efficiency, compact design and durable, any powder,
granules and slurry can be sieved.
2. Replacement screen easy, simple, easy to clean.
3. Mesh is not blocked, no powder flying, can screen to 500 mesh or
0.028mm.
4. Impurities, coarse automatic discharge, can be a continuous
operation.
5. The unique grid design, mesh will use a long time, for only 3-5
minutes to replace screen.
6. Small size, little space and easy to move.
7. Sieving machines can reach 5 layers, it is recommended to use 3
layers.
