Description of Product
We are engaged in manufacturing screening machine that is extensively used for separation of solids and gradation of material in accordance with their sizes.
Available in diameter of 400mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm,1500mm,1800mm according to processing capacity per hour you asked.
They are designed for screening the dry material
through any mesh size as per particles size. Manufactured also in
double/triple/four decks for multiple grading sizes in the same
batch in the same process.
Operation Principle
The basic principle of Vibration screening
filter is the heavy hammer (unbalanced heavy hammer) installed in
the electrical axis transform the motor’s rotary motion into
horizontal, vertical, tilt motion(three-D movement), then this
movement passed to the screen surface.
Adjust the upper and lower ends of heavy hammer’s phase angle, this can change the trajectories of materials on the screen surface.
Features

screen up to 500 mesh(0.025mm);

Specification
The diameter of one meter below the ultrasonic vibrating screen is generally a layer of screen to install an ultrasonic transducer;
The diameter of more than one meter of ultrasonic vibrating screen is generally a layer of screen at least two ultrasonic transducers.
Tongxin ultrasonic vibrating screen is generally 1 layer, screening effect is better.Also according to customer needs to do 5.
