Large Scale Chain Type Bucket Elevator 2.2-2.5L Partical Convenient Installation
Description
The Z-type Bucket Elevator with PP or 304 SS bucket
is used mainly to convey the solid food, such as rice, chip potato,
candy, etc. It composes the automatic quantitative packing system
combined with the weight and packing machine, which is applying
widely. It made of 304 stainless steel and plastic (PP) which is
hygienic and healthy.
The elevator is controlled automatically. Vertical conveying function can save space.
Double discharge exits is optional which make the packing line more efficient. As a part of Weighing and Packing System. The Z Type Material Conveyor is applicable for vertical lifting of granule material such as Corn, Chips, Candy fodder, Grain, Powder, plastic and chemical industry, etc. For this lifting machine, the hopper is driven by the chains to lift.
It's used for vertical feeding of granule or small block material. It has advantages of large quantity and height lifting.
Features
The elevators use vibration motor as excitation source, which has the following characteristics compared with other types of conveyors and bucket elevators, etc.
(1) Small footprint and easy process layout;
(2) Saving energy. The trough wear is small;
(3) Low noise, Simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance;
(4) The transport direction has two choices upwards or downwards.
Applicable Fields of Belt Conveyor
It mainly applies to vertically hoist granule of
food, grain,feed, plastics and chemical sectors. Elevator hopper is
risen by the chain, vertically elevating bulk materials and small
particles. It has circuit control and switch that realize stopping
and feeding automatically. With the advantages of big hoist
capacity and height.
Working Principle
The incoming product is fed to the bucket elevator continuously and very gently by means of a vibratory feeder; the edges of the buckets overlap each other in the inlet section and therefore prevent spillage of kernels. Due to the pivoted mounting of buckets in the chain, buckets keep their horizontal position all through the way around in the conveyor until they finally reach the outlet.
There, each bucket is tilted and the product falling out is gently led into the outlet hopper; the bucket elevator can be equipped with a number of several inlets and outlets.
Inlets can work at the same time, while outlets are used singular, meaning only one outlet being active momentarily.
