Description of variable frequency drive

This series of inverters are generally designed to control v/f asynchronous motors and is usually used for three-phase asynchronous motors. Controls the working voltage, current, and frequency of an AC motor by modifying its working voltage, current, and frequency. This device features strong overload capacity, large torque at low frequency, stable rotation speed at high frequency, and stable acceleration and deceleration. ST310 series offers stable performance as well as a variety of protection functions. The wide voltage design, which conforms to international voltage requirements, including the United States, Europe, Asia, South America, and others, makes the products widely used.

Working the state of VFD

ST310 series frequency converters work in three modes: shutdown, running, and motor parameter self-tuning. Once the frequency converter has been powered on and initialized, and no new operation command input has been received, the 3-phase U/V/W terminal does not produce any output. When the frequency converter receives the running command, the three-phase U/V/W terminal begins to display output, and the operation status indicator light on the operation panel remains lit. The motor parameter self-tuning state should be set to P02.00-P02.05, and P02.07 should be selected as static support or rotary support depending on the motor's current state. Once Confirm is selected, Tune will display on the panel. Start the self-setting process by pressing Run. A shutdown state will be entered after the self-setting process.
