Description:

[Working principle]

The motor drives the grinding plate to rotate through the reducer, the material falls in the center of the grinding plate from the feed inlet, and the hot air enters the mill from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, materials move towards the edge of the grinding plate. When passing through the circular groove on the grinding plate, they are crushed by the grinding roller. The crushed materials are carried away at the edge of the grinding plate by the high-speed airflow at the wind ring. Large particles directly fall onto the grinding plate for re grinding. When the materials in the airflow pass through the dynamic and static separators, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding plate for re grinding. The qualified fine powder is grinded together with the airflow, The product is collected in the powder collecting device. Materials containing water are dried in the process of contacting with hot gas to reach the required product moisture.

 

[Main Structure]

The main structure of the mill is composed of separator, grinding roller device, grinding disc device, pressurizing device, reducer, motor, shell, etc. The separator is an important part to determine the fineness of the grinding products. It is composed of a speed adjustable transmission device, a rotor, a shell, a coarse powder blanking cone, an air outlet, etc. It is an energy-saving and fast powder selection device. The grinding roller is the main part for rolling and grinding materials. It is installed on the bending arm of the mill. Under the action of external force, it is tightly pressed on the materials of the grinding plate. Driven by the grinding plate, the grinding roller rotates accordingly, so that the materials are crushed. The grinding plate is fixed on the output shaft of the reducer. The upper part of the grinding plate is the material bed. There is an annular groove on the lining plate of the grinding plate. The material is crushed by the grinding roller in the annular groove. The pressurizing device is a component that provides the grinding pressure of the grinding roller. It is composed of a high-pressure oil station, a hydraulic cylinder pull rod, an accumulator, etc. It can apply sufficient pressure to the grinding roller to crush materials. The reducer is the main part to transmit power, and the speed of the grinding plate is the speed of the reducer output shaft.
