According to the different physical and chemical characteristics
such as moisture, grindability, product fineness and safety of
various types of materials in various industries, we have developed

(1) Flow chart of double dust collection system
This process plan uses a cyclone dust collector for product
collection, which can effectively reduce the working negative
pressure of the system and the amount of gas passing through the
dust collector. , raw ore, etc.
The dust collection device used in this process scheme can be a high-concentration electrostatic precipitator or a bag, and the outgoing gas directly enters the dust collector. This system reduces the number of equipment and simplifies the system configuration. It is mostly used for grinding cement clinker and slag. , steel slag, non-metallic minerals and other mineral materials.
