Description

 

The limestone mill can be used for high and fine milling of more than 280 kinds of materials in industries such as barite, calcite, potassium feldspar, calcium oxide, high calcium, wollastonite, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorspar, lime, active clay, active carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock, gypsum, glass, etc. with Mohs hardness no more than 9.3, nonflammable and explosive minerals, chemicals, and construction, and the particle size of finished products can be adjusted, Large output and stable equipment operation.

 

working principle:

The motor drives the grinding plate to rotate through the reducer, the material falls in the center of the grinding plate from the feed inlet, and the hot air enters the mill from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, materials move towards the edge of the grinding plate. When passing through the circular groove on the grinding plate, they are crushed by the grinding roller. The crushed materials are carried away at the edge of the grinding plate by the high-speed airflow at the wind ring. Large particles directly fall onto the grinding plate for re grinding. When the materials in the airflow pass through the dynamic and static separators, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding plate for re grinding. The qualified fine powder is grinded together with the airflow, The product is collected in the powder collecting device. Materials containing water are dried in the process of contacting with hot gas to reach the required product moisture.

(4) Low wear, special materials are used for grinding roll and grinding disc liner, and the service life is long;

(5) High degree of automation: the automatic control technology adopts Siemens series PLC from Germany, equipped with automatic control system, which can realize remote control and simple operation. The workshop can basically realize unmanned operation, saving operating costs;

 

3. Low comprehensive investment cost:

 

It integrates crushing, drying, grinding and transportation. The process is simple, the system equipment is few, the structure layout is compact, and the floor area is only 50% of that of the ball mill. It can be arranged in the open air, and the construction cost is low, which directly reduces the enterprise investment cost.

 

4. Stable product quality:

 

(1) The material stays in the mill for a short time, which makes it easy to detect the particle size distribution and composition of the product, and the product quality is stable;
