Description

 

Slag, also known as granulated blast furnace slag, is a glassy substance formed during rapid cooling of the molten slag from blast furnace ironmaking, which cannot crystallize in time. Its main components are calcium oxide, silicon oxide, and aluminum oxide, which have high potential activity. Under the action of an activator, it can combine with hydration to form a hydraulic cementitious material.

Therefore, after being ground into powder, slag can be added in equal amounts to cement and concrete products, with specific uses as follows:

1. In cement production, a certain proportion of water slag is directly added to cement, which is a component material for producing slag Portland cement to improve the performance of cement and reduce production costs and energy consumption. The amount of water slag added to slag Portland cement is 20% -70% by weight

2. In ready-mixed concrete and cement products, some cement is equivalently or excessively replaced, and directly mixed with concrete and mortar as a bonding material to improve its working performance. Slag powder, as an independent product, appears in the construction market and is widely used in concrete, replacing about 50% of cement.

On the production test surface, the use of slag powder in cement and concrete not only greatly reduces production costs, but also improves the performance and quality of cement and concrete, which is widely recognized and welcomed in the building materials market.

 

【Working Principle】: the motor drives the grinding plate to rotate through the reducer, the material falls in the center of the grinding plate from the feed inlet, and the hot air enters the grinding plate from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves towards the edge of the grinding plate and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the circular groove on the grinding plate. The crushed material is carried up at the edge of the grinding plate by the high speed air flow at the wind ring, and the large particles directly fall on the grinding plate for re-grinding. When the material in the air flow passes through the dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls on the grinding plate for re-grinding, and the qualified fine powder comes out with the air flow, The product is collected in the powder collecting device. The material containing moisture is dried during the contact with hot gas to reach the required product moisture.
