Description
Slag vertical mill is a large grinding equipment developed by our company with advanced European technology. It integrates fine crushing, drying, grinding, powder selection and transportation. Slag vertical mill is widely used for large-scale material grinding and ultra-fine grinding of water slag, slag, slag and other materials in metallurgy, electric power, cement, chemical industry, ceramics, non-metallic minerals, and power plant desulfurization. The equipment has strong material drying capacity and saves energy. By adjusting the temperature of hot air, it can meet the requirements of materials with different humidity.
【Working Principle】: The motor drives the grinding plate to rotate through the reducer, the material falls in the center of the grinding plate from the feed inlet, and the hot air enters the grinding plate from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves towards the edge of the grinding plate and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the circular groove on the grinding plate. The crushed material is carried up at the edge of the grinding plate by the high speed air flow at the wind ring, and the large particles directly fall on the grinding plate for re-grinding. When the material in the air flow passes through the dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls on the grinding plate for re-grinding, and the qualified fine powder comes out with the air flow, The product is collected in the powder collecting device. The material containing moisture is dried during the contact with hot gas to reach the required product moisture.

adopts Siemens series PLC from Germany, equipped with automatic
control system, which can realize remote control and easy

It integrates crushing, drying, grinding and conveying. The process flow is simple, the system equipment is small, the structure layout is compact, and the floor area is only 50% of the ball mill. vibration caused by material breaking during the working time of
