Vacuum pump will air out creating vacuum in the vacuum tank, the oil under the action of atmospheric pressure, oil after entrance pipe into the prefilter to remove larger particles, and then enter the heating tank, after heated to a temperature of 40-75 ℃ of oil into the vacuum tank, oil in water evaporate into water vapor rapidly and continuously in the vacuum pump oil water separator, The water vapor in the separator is cooled and reduced to water before being released.
3. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the exhaust pump through the filter element to filter out the particulate impurities.
