Working platform High-quality granite platform, precision dovetail
guide rail
The granite workbench is the support of the whole machine, and its
quality affects the overall performance of the machine. The
platform is made of granite, combined with precise dovetail guide
rails, which effectively reduces the vibration of the measuring
machine and improves the performance of the whole machine.

The X and Z axes are made of ceramic material, which is not easy to
rust, has good rigidity, smaller thermal expansion coefficient and
higher precision!
Base bracket dual passive damping mechanism:
The three-coordinate measuring machine is basically used in the
production workshop, and it is inevitable that there will be
vibrations generated by nearby machine tools or transport vehicles,
which will have a fatal impact on the accuracy of the
three-coordinate. Making an earthquake-resistant foundation is a
basic idea, which will add additional costs and troubles. Our
three-coordinate support adopts a double passive damping structure
to prevent the influence of low-frequency vibration, which greatly
ensures the accuracy of measurement and can reduce the trouble of
earthquake-resistant foundation measures.
Software
Rational-DMIS is a newly developed large-scale comprehensive
three-dimensional measurement software package. The development and
design of the software not only take into account the requirements
of beginners for easy learning and use of the software and the
requirements of advanced users for software functions, but more
importantly, it becomes a model and standardization of the three.
Coordinate measurement software.
Rational DMIS programs prior to DMIS version 5.0 were designed
using a full native DMIS kernel, which is quite different from
so-called "DMIS-capable" (kernel not DMIS). As we all know, DMIS
has become an ISO standard (ISO 22093:2003)
