machine produced by our company. It has the characteristics of
powerful function, stable performance, high precision, simple
operation, fast and efficient, convenient maintenance and so on.
Especially its control system and software functions, it has the
advanced level in the world. Comparing with other product series,
this series has the characteristics of simple structure, strong
bearing capacity, open space for workpiece placement and convenient
loading and unloading.
● Visual DMIS CNC CAD+A set of measurement software.
Visual DMIS CNC CAD + software is a software certified by the
German Institute of Physical Technology (PTB). It has the ability
of Chinese and English language expression. It provides users with
advanced technology, perfect function, stable performance, simple
and convenient operation measurement guarantee.
● Host
Main materials and components: grade 00 special high-quality
granite platform and three-axis guide rail, precision casting
processing aviation aluminum alloy column, RENISHAW high-precision
grating, reading head length measuring system, SMC precision air
filter and automatic detection control device, imported
international well-known brand DC servo motor, German FESTO
tracheal pipe joint, high-quality air bearing, non-linear of German
imported accessories Spring system, Gates (GATES) high-performance
synchronous belt, precision ball bearings imported from the United
States, advanced automotive grade imported industrial finish, etc.
● Control System
RENISHAW UCC control system (Fig. 4) is a CNC system specially
designed and manufactured for CNC CMM. The control system adopts
the principle of separation of control layer and application layer,
which provides a solid foundation for the high accuracy, accuracy
and efficiency of CMM. The control system uses Ethernet interface
and computer communication, does not need to expand any computer
communication interface, also reduces unnecessary external
connections, and ensures the high reliability of the system.
