The 70 Khz Card Implanting Welder Principle:

High Speed wire embedding with multiple embedding heads. Capable of working with a range of materials and wire diameters and an easy to use interface making solid wire antennas was never so easy.

Ultrasonic smart-card welding machine, high-speed production specifically for contactless smart card, double circles cards, bank cards, and is a key component to improve production efficiency, mainly applies to:

(1)Smart-card metal wire, chip implants, it means welding the wires and  chips on the thin plastic plate.

(2)Smart Card PVC welding between thin cardboard.

(3)Spot welding of thin plastic, etc.
