Description:

 

This 20 KHz Ultrasonic Dukane 110-3168 transducer fits machines using the small form transducer with 500, 1000, 1200, 1500, 1600, 1700, 1800 and 2000 watt generators utilizing the 43B18 press/thruster and some other older press or thruster systems. Output thread is 1/2-20.

The difference between a titanium alloy transducer and an aluminum alloy transducer:

 

Aluminum alloy is the most commonly used basic material in ultrasonic waves. Whether it is a transducer, an amplitude modulator or a mold, most of the molds are made of aluminum alloy material, and the appearance is achieved by electroplating or oxidation treatment. Advantages: Aluminum alloy is cheap, easy to process, and low in cost. Disadvantages: It is prone to fatigue fracture, surface decoration is easy to fall off, and the service life is short.

Titanium alloy is a rare metal, and its strength and toughness are the best combined materials. The reason is that the strength of the titanium alloy material is high, and the high-strength material weakens part of the amplitude during the amplification and transmission of the ultrasonic wave, and it is advantageous to stabilize the strong wave and filter out the clutter. Make the ultrasonic transmission more stable. If it is necessary to achieve the same amplitude, it is necessary to change the design structure of the titanium alloy product and increase its amplitude design to achieve the required amplitude.
