When should I replace the welding head?
1. Both the plastic welding head and the metal welding head are
worn. When the wear occurs, the resonance frequency of the welding
head will increase. When the frequency changes beyond the working
range of the generator, it needs to be replaced.
2. The metal material of the welding head itself has a certain
anti-fatigue strength. When the welding head is used for a long
time or has defects, the welding head will produce fatigue cracks.
When the crack spreads to a certain length, it will cause fracture,
and it needs to be replaced at this time.
3. Ultrasonic metal welding heads generally have grain lines. When
the lines are worn and fail to meet the friction coefficient
requirements, they need to be repaired or replaced.
