Description: 


Ultrasonic copper alloy wire harness welding machine is to use the principle of ultrasonic friction to achieve surface welding of different media, which is a physical change process. First, the leading end of the wire must be processed to form a spherical shape, and the welded metal surface is first pre-heat treated; then the gold ball is combined with time and pressure to produce a sag deformation on the metal welding surface, so that the two media A reliable contact is achieved, and by ultrasonic vibration, a metal bond is formed between the two metal atoms under the action of atomic affinity, thereby realizing the welding of the gold wire lead. Gold wire ball bonding is superior to silicon-aluminum wire soldering in electrical and environmental applications, but the application range is relatively narrow due to the necessity of heating the weldment with precious metals. The welding time is short, the welding is not overheated or the welding penetration is not enough. The copper wire welding equipment does not need any flux, protective gas, and the welded joint is an alloy layer which is melted into one body. The chemical properties are stable and the conductivity is good. The resistance system and the material are original. The coefficients are basically the same. No splash, bright solder joints, no copper plating, no cracking at the terminals.
