2uew155 Polyurethane enameled copper wire high quality
The selection of copper materials and the process of wire drawing
are the keys to fine wire drawing. From the material 0.80mm copper
wire to 0.011mm, it has to go through several procedures such as
middle drawing annealing, small drawing annealing, fine drawing
annealing, micro drawing annealing, etc. In order to ensure the
softness of the enameled wire, the copper wire cross-sectional area
is compressed by 90% every time. Annealed once. The copper wire
after drawing must be kept bright, not oxidized and discolored,
with oil stains, and can be flat and tightly coiled on the take-up
reel. We have stepped up to the step of drawing 0.011mm, and the
next step is 0.010mm.
