OEM Tungsten Carbide Strip/Bar Cutting Tool Strips Made in China
The main composition of tungsten carbide strips is tungsten carbide powders and cobalt powders. With its wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant ability, tungsten carbide nowadays is widely used in many areas such as: cutting tools, graveling, metallurgy, hydro-electrics, molds, oil, mining, and automobile industry, etc.
Cemented carbide strip, also known as cemented carbide strip plate, is mainly made of WC and Co powder by metallurgy. The content of WC and CO varies in different kinds of cemented carbide strips, so they are widely used in different industries.

Production and test of Tungsten carbide strip:
1) Carbide Balls are used to mix the raw material powders as the design requirement in the drum blending machine.
2) Before mass production, we need to do a trial pressing and sintering, and we check the
appearances and the sizes of the samples with a micrometer to
ensure that the requirements of the drawings can be met before
batch production.
3) Bulk production, press the raw materials to shape blanks,
and carbide tips must be passed by semi-finished inspection.
4) sinter blanks to finish (HIP) and finished products inspection
to ensure the best quality and production capacity.
Package and Dlivery:
All the carbide straps are well packed and contained in cartons.
The delivery date should be within 15 days for new production. If stock available, the shipment could be finished within 2 days.
Inspection and Test:
All our products have been tested and inspected before shipping.
