Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger

 

The working principle of the chiller The refrigerant (ie refrigerant) absorbs the heat of the cooled material

 

and vaporizes it into steam in the evaporator.

 

The compressor continuously draws the generated steam from the evaporator and compresses it. After

 

compression, , High-pressure steam is sent to the condenser after the cooling medium (such as water, air,

 

etc.) heat condensed into high-pressure liquid, the throttle through the throttle body after the pressure

 

into the evaporator, vaporized again to absorb the heat of the object, cycle. Heating, the refrigerant

 

through the four-way valve to change the direction of refrigerant flow, the direction of refrigerant flow and

 

refrigeration just the opposite, the refrigerant first through the evaporator, and then back to the

 

condenser, and finally back to the compressor.

 

The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat in the water and begins to evaporate. Finally, a

 

certain temperature difference between the refrigerant and the water is formed.

 

The liquid refrigerant is completely evaporated into a gaseous state and sucked and compressed by the

 

compressor (pressure and temperature increase ), Gaseous refrigerant through the condenser (air-

 

cooled / water-cooled) to absorb heat, condensed into a liquid.

 

Through the expansion valve (or capillary) after the throttle into low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant

 

into the evaporator to complete the refrigerant cycle process. Water circulation system:
