Heavy Duty Coil Transport Trolley
Heavy-duty coil transport trolley is used to transport steel coils
and pipes for the metal industry and steel manufacturing mills.
This Electric Coil Trailer Cart is designed to be an extremely
cost-effective, safe, and flexible load-moving alternative.
The Electric Coil Trailer Carts are manual guide vehicles equipped
with specialized drive systems which make it possible to easily,
precisely, and safely move up to 300 tons. The coil heavy load
transfer cart is sometimes called a heavy transporter, headless
transporter, or self-propelled modular transporter.

Exquisite Technology of coil transport trolley
CNC Cutting
Transport the steel plate from the raw material warehouse to the
CNC cutting workshop for cutting. After the cutting, the workers
will do some simple processing such as chip moving and setting out.
Preliminary Assembling
Put the cut steel plate together according to the design drawing
Welding
Weld the steel plate with an automatic welding machine after the
preliminary assembling
Post weld treatment
Test the welding section after the welding, polish and burring.
Post weld treatment to eliminate welding stress
Spray Primer
Transport the structure part after processing to the painting booth
for spraying primer. The main component of the primer is zinc-rich
epoxy antirust paint. The primer is in two layers
Assembling
Assemble the structure parts after spraying the primer with wheels,
motors, gearbox, etc.
Paint finish
Transport the assembled cart to the painting booth, and inspect the
integrity of the primer. After that paint the finish
Debugging
Debugging the cart after painting the finish with the electric
control system, after the debugging, the cart will test without
load. And after the no-load test, the cart will be tested with the
load. After the inspection, the cart will be transported to the
storage area.
