Our payment term is T/T, we will start production after we received 50% deposit, usually our production time is 18 days.
Before the delivery, we will set up the frame of the indoor playground and take photos.
Shippment: If you have your own shippment forwarder, you can arrange shippment by yourself. If you required, we also can arrange shippment for you. You can tell us the nearest port to your place and we will consult the shippment cost for you.
Installation: We have professional installation instruction.
Warranty time: All the components have 3 year warranty, if there was any problems for our equipments within 3 year, you can just feedback to us and we will provide new ones for free
