Ta18 (Ti-3Al-2.5V) is α Gold phase titanium alloy is one of the
most difficult to process in Ta series, also known as semi TC4 in
the industry. At present, there are very few domestic enterprises
that can process, especially in the micro high-precision ta18
manufacturing.
At present, our company can manufacture the following
specifications, which can be customized according to the user's
requirements.
Dimension: outer diameter Φ 0.2～ Φ 8 mm, wall thickness t0.015-0.5
mm.
Highest accuracy: outer diameter Φ± 003mm, wall thickness t ±
0.005mm, length L ± 0.03mm.
Appearance: under the microscope, the inner and outer surface of
the tube presents uniform metallic luster, without oxidation,
hydrogenation discoloration, scratch, deformation, burr, etc.
