ER32 1/2" COLLET Installation steps
Assembling Collet
ER Collet Insert groove of collet into eccentric ring of the clamping nut at
the mark on the bottom of the nut. Push ER Collet in the direction
of the arrow until it clicks in place. Screw nut with collet onto
toolholder. We recommend tightening the nut with a torque wrench.
Disassembly ER Collet
After the nut is unscrewed from the toolholder, press on the face
of the ER Collet while simultaneously pushing sideways on the back
of the collet opposite the mark until it disengages from the
clamping nut.

DIN6499/ISO15488A and B standards. This type of spring chuck is
