Corrosion-resistant Titanium Flange for Long-lasting Performance
The integral flange is a connection method of the flange, and it is
a kind of steel pipe flange with neck butt welding. In the flange
type, an "IF" is used to indicate it. The production process is
generally casting.
It has the advantages of high pressure resistance, easy
installation, and long service life. Two raceconditions, it can
also be used in flammable, explosive, high and extremely hazardous
use conditions, and you can choose the form of the sealing surface
of the convex and concave surface (MFM) and the mortise and groove
surface (TG) in addition to the RF surface.

making, aerospace, electric power and more.
These flanges can be made to any dimensions as requested by the
customer. Titanium is very versatile and can be made with a variety
of materials, such as Gr1, Gr2, Gr4, Gr5, etc. Processing methods
also vary and include impact molding, forging process, and rollers.
The surface finish is also freely adjustable and can be made into
forging surface, rolling surface, polishing surface, or other
types.
Titanium flanges can be divided into structural forms, like
integral titanium flanges, butt welded titanium flanges, looping
titanium flanges and threaded titanium flanges. As for connecting
parts, they can be divided into container titanium flange, tube

to their robust and lightweight characteristics.
Titanium Flange Packaging and Shipping:
Titanium flanges are shipped in cardboard boxes for protection
during transit. The boxes are sealed using waterproof adhesive
tape. Inside each box, the flanges are secured with bubble wrap to
prevent movement and further protect them from damage.
