Notes:

1). Do not bend the resistance wire frame at will to avoid the chip and wire frame falling off and causing poor resistance;

2). The temperature should not exceed 300℃ during welding, and the welding time should not exceed 0.5 seconds;

3). Use a hot air gun when shrinking the sleeve, and the temperature of the air gun should be controlled at about 120℃;

4). Use a constant-temperature soldering iron when soldering, with a flat soldering iron tip, holding the resistor in one hand and the wire in the other for butt welding, which can improve production efficiency and shorten welding time;

5). Special Note: Do not touch the chip (ie the top of the resistor) with your hands!

Mechanical properties

 

1. Resistance to welding heat

The terminal is immersed in a solder bath at a distance of 260±5°C to 2.0mm from the body, and kept for 5±1 seconds. The rate of change of the rated zero-power resistance should be within ±1% of the initial value.

2. Solderability

After immersing the terminals in the soldering bath at 235±5℃ for 2±0.5s, about 90% of the terminals should be evenly covered with solder.

3. Free fall

The maple board has been dropped three times from a height of 0.75m without obvious damage, and the rated zero-power resistance change rate should be within ±1% of the initial value.

4. Termination robustness

After applying 1N load weight to the terminal for 10±1s, there is no obvious damage, and the rated zero-power resistance change rate should be within ±1% of the initial value.

 

 

Insulation resistance

 

Insulation resistance should exceed 100MΩ measurement

Climate test

 

1. Dry heat

After the test sample is exposed to air at 90±1℃ for 1000 hours, the rate of change of the rated zero-power resistance should be within ±1% of the initial value.

2. Damp heat

After the test sample is exposed to 40±2℃ and 95% humidity for 1000 hours, the rate of change of the rated zero-power resistance should be within ±1% of the initial value.

3. Cold

After the test sample is exposed to air at -30±1℃ for 1000 hours, the rate of change of the rated zero-power resistance should be within ±1% of the initial value.

4. Loading

When the temperature is 40±2℃, the humidity is 95%, and the humidity is 1000h, after applying a DC 1mA current to the sample, the rate of change of the rated zero-power resistance should be within ±1% of the initial value.

5. Changes in temperature

One cycle of temperature change shall be performed in the order of the following conditions.

Room ambient temperature. (initial value)

Place at -25±3℃ for 30 minutes.

Room temperature, 3 minutes.

Place at +90±2℃ for 30 minutes.

Room temperature, 3 minutes.

After 100 cycles, the rate of change of the rated zero-power resistance should be within ±1% of the initial value.
