Use Precautions Of High Voltage DC Contactors

 

1. Contacts with the polarity of contactor,please operate according to the product identification promp.

2. Do not use fallen products.

3.Avoid installing products in strong magnetic fields(near transformers or magnets) or near objects with thermal radiation.

4. The product with energy saver has a reverse surge absorber circuit,so there is no need to use surge protector.
5.About 0.1 seconds after the product with energy saving board is connected to the power supply,the circuit starts to switch automatically.Do not turn off repeatedly at the same position,otherwise the contactor energy saving board may be damaged.
6. About the load life: This contactor is a high voltage DC switch,please do not exceed its switching ability and life parameters in the state of use,otherwise may lose the ability to cut off.Please replace if necessary.
7. If the coil and contacts of the contactor are continuously connected to the rated voltage(or current),the power supply is cut off and then switched on immediately,then the resistance of the coil will increase as the temperature of the coil increases,thus increasing the pick-up voltage of the product and possibly leading to excess of the rated suction voltage.In this case,the follwing measures should be taken: such as reducing the load current,limiting the duration of power on or using coil voltage higher than the rated pick-up voltage.
7.
