Coating Type

Pretreatment (including chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), and then coated with a layer or multilayer organic coating, the substrate used for the pre-coated steel plate by GI Steel coils, GL steel coils and then baked and cured after the formation of products. Topcoat can be divided into polyester, silicone modified polyester, high durability of polyester (HDP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). In addition, we can also produce with PPGI/PPGL protective film, PPGI/PPGL printing steel, PPGI/PPGL matte steel, such as the pre-coated steel. Prefabricated steel is widely used in construction, home appliances and furniture

Polyester (PE): Good adhesion, rich colors, wide range in formability and outdoor
durability, medium chemical resistance, and low cost.
Silicon modified polyester(SMP): Good abrasion resistance and heat resistance, as well as good
external durability and chalking resistance, gloss retention,
general flexibility, and medium cost.
High Durability Polyester(HDP): Excellent color retention and anti-ultraviolet performance,
excellent outdoor durability and anti-pulverization, good paint
film adhesion, rich color, excellent cost performance.
Polyvinylidene Fluoride(PVDF): Excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor
durability and chalking resistance, excellent solvent resistance,
good moldability, stain resistance, limited color, and high cost.

A:It takes around 3-5 days for the regular models, and 7 to 10 working days for the special sizes and processing. It is based on the order quantity and requirement..

3.Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?

A:Yes, we would send you small samples for free and need around 4 to 6 days.

4.Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=5000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

5.Q: How do you protect the 201 stainless steel sheet surface?

A: We have a high request for our quality, and each plate must have the second layer PVC laser film, one layer is 7C thick, double lays are 14c thick.

6.Q: What is the usage of your products?
