The different varieties of humidity chambers allow testing to be
completed in a static or dynamic state depending on the required
data and the type of product. Humidity chambers are used as
extended testing chambers to determine a specimen‘s reaction to
elevated moisture conditions when exposed for weeks or months.
It is intended for research and quality control of various
materials, products, components, assemblies, structures,
mechanisms, measuring instruments, etc. associated with temperature
exposure at low temperatures down to -30 ° С and positive up to +
100 ° С and humidity from 10% to 98% at certain temperatures (on
request).
It is used to simulate special operating conditions in laboratories
of radio-electronic, mechanical engineering, food, chemical,
pharmaceutical, etc. industries.
A humidity chamber is a mechanism that examines how products react
when exposed to variations in humidity. This type of environmental
testing is used by manufacturers to test the various parameters of
their products in the harshest of conditions.
The purpose of humidity chambers is to test the influence of
varying environments on products to determine the length of their
usefulness and at what point they will fail. The collected data
assists engineers in adjusting their designs and selecting more
resilient materials.
Working Principle:
This is so called Fast Shipping Thermal Shock Test Chamber, Thermal
Chamber, Thermal Shock Chamber.
Sample is placed in the test chamber, more extreme temperature than
test temperature can be set in high-temperature chamber and
low-temperature chamber. When it comes to low temperature test,
cold chamber door open, and low-temperature chamber working
together with test chamber.
When converted into high-temperature test, cold chamber door
closed, hot chamber door are opened, and test chamber working
together with high-temperature chamber.
Conversion of mechanical action (transferring from high temperature
to low temperature or low temperature to high temperature) can be
completed in less than 1second, and the temperature can be quickly
stabilized. During the whole test, test sample is no need to be
moved, and without any human intervention.
