range

sensors, also determines the structure of the tension machine, but
the impact on the price is not big (except the door). For general
flexible packaging manufacturers, the tension range of 100 Newtons

The corresponding structure of the single arm type is the door type
structure, which is adapted to a relatively large pulling force,
such as a ton or more. So flexible packaging manufacturers
basically do not need.
2. The problem of test stroke
According to the needs of flexible packaging film test performance
and requirements, stroke in 600-1500mm can be. For material
elongation over 1000%, the stroke of 1000 or 1200mm can be
selected.
3. Standard configuration problem
Intelligent three basic configuration: mainframe, microcomputer,
and printer, if the microcomputer is powerful can print directly.
It can also be equipped with ordinary computers. With computers,
sophisticated data analysis can be performed, such as data editing,
local magnification, the ability to adjust the form of the report,
and statistical analysis in groups. If equipped with a computer,
manufacturers should be added to the corresponding control system.
4. Output the result
The output results can be set arbitrarily: maximum force value,
elongation, tensile strength, constant elongation, constant
elongation force value, yield strength, elastic modulus, maximum
test force 8 items. This is arguably the most comprehensive output

5, in the experimental project

6, product mechanical main configuration
Transmission, lead screw transmission and rack transmission, the
former is expensive, used for high precision, high test
repeatability; The latter is cheap, used for low accuracy and low
test repeatability. Lead screw, the tension precision measurement
has a decisive role. General ball screw, trapezoidal lead screw,
general lead screw. Among them, the precision of ball screw is the
highest, but its performance can only be played by computer servo
system operation, and the price of the whole set is also expensive.
The general lead screw and trapezoidal lead screw can achieve the
required precision of flexible packaging, that is, 0.1-1% accuracy.
Transmission, gear transmission and chain transmission, the former
is expensive, used for high precision; The latter is cheap and used
for low precision. Sensor, the main cost is life, photoelectric
induction is one of the more advanced technology, generally
available more than 100,000 times.
