Equipment structure:

 

The outer shell of the box is made of cold-rolled steel plate electrostatically sprayed, and the inner tank is made of high-quality stainless steel plate. There is a large-area observation window in the middle of the box door, and is equipped with an observation light, so that the user can clearly see the test situation of the sample. The overall appearance is beautiful and generous. The thermal insulation layer is made of hard polyurethane foam and a small amount of ultra-fine glass wool, which has the characteristics of high strength and good thermal insulation. The main temperature controller of this equipment adopts intelligent digital display temperature and humidity controller, and the operation method of humanized design is easy to learn and use, and the operation of instruments of different functional grades is compatible with each other. The input adopts a digital correction system, with built-in non-linear correction tables for commonly used thermocouples and thermal resistances, and the measurement is accurate and stable. With position adjustment and AI artificial intelligence adjustment functions, 0.2-level accuracy, multiple alarm modes. Heating, cooling, humidification and dehumidification are independent, and the unique BTHC balance temperature and humidity adjustment method.
